Kelsey Park is one of the most important open spaces in Beckenham. Bromley Council has allowed it to fall into a terrible state of disrepair.
Equipment in the play area is broken or has been removed. Benches in the memory wood are rotting. Litter and dog waste bins are filthy.
Bridges are closed due to being in a dangerous state of neglect. The river is silted up, attracting rats and discouraging water fowl. The public toilets are in a terrible state.
Please sign our petition to call on Bromley Council to meet its responsibilities to maintain this much-loved amenity for the benefit of all local residents.
